What currency are the prices on the site?
All prices are listed in GBP (£).


I just placed an order — when will it ship?
Please allow 24–48 hours for your order to be processed.
Once shipped, average delivery times are 7–10 business days (excluding holidays).
Tracking numbers will be updated 3–5 business days after your order has been dispatched.
If you haven't received a tracking number after 5 business days, please email sarah.coulter1995@icloud.com.


Can I return my order? What if there’s an issue?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on any product that is defective or damaged.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item for a full refund.

Please note:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

  • Returns that show signs of wear — including makeup marks, stains, strong odours, or damage — will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Please include your name and order number inside the return parcel.

  • If your package is still in transit, you must wait for it to arrive before initiating a return.


Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at any time before it ships with no penalty.
If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our returns process for a refund.


I entered the wrong shipping address — what should I do?
If you entered an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email immediately to correct it.
We can update your shipping details within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours, we are unable to guarantee changes and refunds will not be issued for incorrect address submissions.


How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location.
On average, delivery takes 7–10 business days.
Please note: longer delivery times may apply for orders fulfilled outside of the UK.
